We accept orders by phone from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. every day.

Orders through the site are accepted around the clock.

By default, we do not call to confirm your order. But if necessary, we can contact you for availability, delivery method and payment via Telegram, Viber or by phone.

Methods of payment:

- payment on receipt (post-paid service);
- through the LiqPay payment system from PrivatBank for Visa or Mastercard bank card holders.

Delivery of the order is carried out throughout the territory of Ukraine by the transport company "Nova Poshta". Exclusions: war zones and those temporarily under occupation. The buyer pays for the transport company's delivery services at Nova Poshta tariffs (about UAH 70 for a parcel up to 2 kg).

Shipping is carried out from the warehouse in Dnipro and takes 1-2 working days. Delivery times may be longer in remote parts of our country.

On working days, orders placed and paid for before 12:00 are shipped the same day. Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped next business day.

Services for cargo storage for more than 5 working days are paid by the buyer. Door-to-door delivery (by courier) is possible according to the tariffs of the "Nova Poshta" company and is paid separately.
